Pulsera EDGE

Compliance

Every hire proves they're eligible before they can work, and every credential stays watched after: EDGE blocks activation until each credential a role requires is verified against the authority that issued it.

What it does

  • Role-based requirement sets: each role carries the exact licenses, certifications, screenings, and clearances it must hold, and EDGE maps every hire's position to its required set automatically.
  • Verified-before-active gate: a credential clears only when a person confirms it against the issuing authority, and the block runs server-side, so no one can activate an unverified hire and a role matching no requirement is held rather than waved through.
  • State- and vertical-filtered obligations: set your primary state and service line, and EDGE shows the regulatory obligations that actually apply to your agency instead of a generic checklist.
  • Expiration tracking: every credential sorted into expired, expiring within 30 days, or current, soonest first, so nothing lapses unnoticed.
  • One-click renewal reminders: send a staff member a renewal email straight from the expiring list, before a lapse becomes a problem.

How it works

  1. 1Set each role's required credentials once and pick your primary state, and EDGE shows the obligations that apply to your agency.
  2. 2As hires are added, it matches each person to their role and flags what is missing or unverified; a reviewer checks each item against its issuing source and marks it valid, and only then can the hire go active.
  3. 3From there EDGE keeps watch, sorting credentials by what is expired or expiring so you can send a renewal reminder before anything lapses.

Built for agencies who send staff into people's homes

An unverified or lapsed nurse or aide in a patient's home is both a survey citation waiting to happen and a real safety risk. State surveyors and Medicare conditions of participation expect personnel eligibility to be documented and current, not assumed. EDGE makes verified-before-active, and current-after, the rule the system enforces rather than a checklist someone has to remember.
