Pulsera EDGE

Employees

See everyone in one place, and see each person as one complete file: EDGE gives you a searchable roster, and behind every name a single record that follows a person from candidate through active employee to former staff.

What it does

  • Searchable roster: search and sort your whole roster by name, position, start date, or status, so you can find one person or take in everyone at once.
  • One record per person: open any name to a single record holding their personal and job details, their credentials, and their onboarding history, so a person's whole file lives in one place instead of scattered across folders and inboxes.
  • The full trail: for anyone hired through EDGE, the record also carries the recruiting history that brought them in, so how a person was sourced, onboarded, and cleared reads as one continuous story rather than three disconnected systems.
  • Lifecycle you control: move each person through their stages, pending, onboarding, active, former, by hand as their situation changes, with one step automatic, assigning an onboarding packet moves them from pending to onboarding for you, while activation stays gated until their credentials are verified.
  • Login provisioning checklist: keep a checklist of the accounts and access a person needs set up elsewhere, so nothing is forgotten on day one. EDGE tracks the list; your team does the setup.

How it works

  1. 1Every person you hire appears on one searchable roster.
  2. 2Open a name and you get their whole file: personal and job details, how they were hired if they came through EDGE, the onboarding they have completed, their credentials, and a Login provisioning checklist for the accounts someone needs to set up for them.
  3. 3As their situation changes you move them along their lifecycle from pending to onboarding to active to former, assigning a packet makes the pending-to-onboarding step for you, and activation stays gated until their credentials are verified.

Built for agencies who send staff into people's homes

When a surveyor asks for a specific employee, the answer cannot be spread across a spreadsheet, an email thread, and a filing cabinet. One record per person, showing where they stand in their working life and what has been verified, is the file an agency has to be able to produce on request.
