Pulsera EDGE

Onboarding

Get a new hire to day one from one place: EDGE assigns their onboarding packet to a secure link they complete without a login, then holds the finished packet for review instead of switching anyone on automatically.

What it does

  • Deliberate packet assignment: a staff member assigns each new hire their onboarding packet, when your team is ready, so paperwork goes out on a decision rather than automatically.
  • No-login new-hire portal: the hire opens a secure personal link with no account to create and works through their packet, documents to read and acknowledge, forms to fill in, and files to upload, signing any item that needs it right in the page, and where a document has a file attached, signing stays locked until the hire has opened it.
  • Staff onboarding dashboard: watch everyone currently onboarding in one view, and from each hire's own record assign their packet or resend their portal link if they lose it.
  • Review before activation: a completed packet does not flip anyone to active, it submits for review and waits, and activation stays blocked until the hire's required credentials are verified.

How it works

  1. 1When a new hire is ready, a staff member assigns them an onboarding packet from their record.
  2. 2The hire gets a secure link, no login, and completes each item online: reading and acknowledging documents, filling in forms, uploading files, and signing where required.
  3. 3Your team follows along on the onboarding dashboard and can resend the link if needed.
  4. 4When the hire finishes, the packet submits for review; it does not activate them, and activation stays blocked until their credentials clear.

Built for agencies who send staff into people's homes

A signed stack of new-hire paperwork can look like a cleared employee when it is not. EDGE keeps the two apart, finishing the forms is not the same as being eligible to work, so a hire reaches a patient only after a person has verified they are qualified, not just because the packet is done.
