Two products, priced per employee with a monthly minimum. Take Core on its own or add Recruiting.

EDGE Core

$12 per employee / month

($79 monthly minimum)

The platform: employee records, onboarding, documents and e-signature, and compliance.

  • One record per employee, from first application onward.
  • Guided onboarding packets sent by link. Completion holds for a human review, nobody self-activates.
  • Send, sign and store documents, with a tamper-evident certificate on every signature.
  • Credential and licence tracking, with expiry visible before it lapses.
  • Nobody is cleared to work on an unverified credential. EDGE holds activation until someone with authority records the verification, and holds by default on a role it has not been told about.
  • Every credential, document and onboarding step recorded with who did it and when.
  • Role-based access, so people see the records their job needs.

Recruiting

$2.60 per employee / month

($39 monthly minimum)

Added to Core

Post as many roles as you need, with as many applicants as apply.

  • Post openings to a branded careers page.
  • Track applicants and move candidates through to hire.
  • A hire converts into an employee record, no re-keying.

If your per-employee total is below the monthly minimum, you’ll pay the minimum. Once your team grows beyond it, you simply pay the per-employee rate.
